wow deep i pray to God that he just use Joost as a example of his glory and that through his life many others will be inspired too do better as i am inspired he will forever be one of the greatest springboks of all time and to see him still have all that joy no matter what hes going through is uplifting it just gives me hope for my future it would be a dream come through tho to meet a one of my role models in life Joost Van Der Westhuizen

It is so insulting to medical doctors and researchers when people say God is the only one that can help Joost (or any other person who has an incurable disorder). Get real! Sure, use your religion if it makes you feel better, but don't discredit people trying to help. If you care so much about Joost, help fund his foundation. Do something.
