Santino double-crosses John to make it appear like he is avenging the death of his sister (whom he sent John to kill in the first place) to tie up loose ends.

This franchise is so well made. The storyline, the casting, the choreography, the dialogue, the plots, the acting, the music and the cgi are all amazingly done by the actors actresses and crew. If u think the 3rd movie is the best, the 4th is gonna blow ur mind. I never thought that John wick chapter 4 would be this good. PLS go see it asap

My only gripe about the plot hole is that why jhon even bothered to meet the elder and cut his own finger if in the end he had to defy him and not kill Winston rendering him in the same problem he was before meeting the elder, an excommunicado now he is the same outcast with just one finger less...Like all the hard work and suffering in the desert was of no point if jhon changed his mind from agreeing to killing Winston to not...If anybody thinks same we can talk about it
