Meh I was satisfied enough with it. Yea it was rushed but I was able to easily imagine that more time had passed. So things like Dany burning the city didn't bother me. As it was easy for me to picture her losing everyone close to her in a short period of time and then Jon not wanting a relationship with her along with knowing one of her advertisers was trying to kill her or at least out her from the thrown and the other released her brother and was trying to go against her plans. That all of that was enough to make her say fuck all of this I'm gonna do this my way. Because WTH had doing it the hard way ever gotten her nothing but dead friends and betrayal. Sure not everything else was perfect but it was good enough for me to be happy with it. Things like Bran becoming King was the logical answer for me. Not sure what the hell else fans wanted. Nobody wanted to see Sansa become the queen. And after her their was nobody else other then Bran. No way Jon would even want the thrown and even if he did no way would Grey Worm allow it. After that everyone else on the console was either an idiot had zero claim or didn't want to lead. And I liked Jon's ending. As I think if he never had to worry about the Night King or the Night's Watch the life he would have wanted would be living with Ygritte. So I find it fitting that he gets to now live a life with the Free Folk and not have to worry about anything like an Oath or killing some monster.

My one fear about John Wick is Reeves' age. He kind of hobbled around when running in this last film. Yes, you could say John's body has taken a lot of damage....but I think his run is due to the fact he's 54. I say do number 4, wrap up Wick's story and then he can do cameos in _The Continental_ television show. Don't exhaust the franchise until people don't want to watch anymore.

Actually, Keanu's hobbling is from a leg injury from a motorbike accident when he was young (You can also see a huge scar on his stomach in Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.) look back in any of his movies and he has a weird stance and a lolloping gait. You can see he has a lopsided ankle even in the Matrix movies.

I think John Wick has a big issue of getting too deep in the lore. I liked the world and I thought it was cool how they expanded the lore in 2 but I felt like too much of 3 was setting up a bunch of characters even if it didn't fit the tone of the movie. The point is the organization against John Wick but also we gotta set up where he came from and where the organization came from and who the higher ups are and just extra setup after setup. I don't have much wrong with the lore established but I feel like it's too much establishing a character to help John for a movie about no one helping John.

the climate is changing, but it’s not ending in 12 years, or anything close to that. sustainable energy sources are great, but at this point they’re not economically viable. you could dump all your money into new technologies that might not pay off, and wreck your economy with carbon taxes and such... but it seems pointless when China and India won’t make any changes, and thus the climate will continue to change, and if the point comes when there are world-altering consequences you’ll still have to pay for that, too... so why waste money and intentionally wreck your economy? why not save your money for when you need it, and wait until the market can create viable replacements for fossil fuels? also, nuclear energy is great.

It won't end in 12 years, but it can potentially increase enough to cause a domino effect in which we wouldn't be able to stop or control. Millions will die and billions will be misplaced decades later. China and India are doing things, and they're both developing nations... For Australia (a developed nation) to simply do nothing when we're one of the richest countries on Earth is just ridiculous. I'm not sure if you're Australian, but Coal/Fossil fuel exports here are around 1/3rd of our economy. In 20 years either no countries will be buying Coal or buying so little that the industry is tiny. The reason Labors climate policy was important is because we could transition to exporting renewables instead. Saving jobs that will be lost, cleaning our country and being at the forefront of renewable tech. Without government aid another country will simply take that spot. So in several decades we won't have either industry. People are just too short sighted to understand that and it's incredibly disappointing. The LNP will cripple our economy in the long term.

@jamesclement89855 жыл бұрын
@@BarlowJacob That's not true. He has always commented on politics. The start of his first video immediately after Donald Trump's victory featured commentary by him on the electoral process and democracy. He and his co-host, Nick Mason, have frequently made political comments, including making fun of Donald Trump, the Alt-right, and anti-SJWs. These two do not shy away from giving their real opinions out of fear of how some of their audience will react. Case in point: their Last Jedi episode, their Glass episode, their Fury Road episode, and even their most recent episode on John Wick 3. Not too long ago, on the podcast, Nick joked about assassinating Donald Trump. Some years ago, they also poked fun at Barnaby Joyce. So, it's simply not true, ad you claim, that "He has refused to comment for fear of alienating people with politics". Also, what is going on the world today? If you don't like an artistic creation, don't consume it. Don't demand the artist change their creation to suit you (i.e. Don't demand they not talk about politics, simply because their talk of politics alienates you.
