Miyagi as an old man was able to break a spear in half with his bare hands. He managed to split a tree-thick wooden beam in half and it was established that this is just Miyagi outside of his Prime. He was able to hold a fly with chopsticks and catch a moving arrow that was fired to hit his heart. His combat and reaction speed are simply absurdly high. Furthermore, it is also worth mentioning that Prime Miyagi is Wall+ level for the simple fact that he managed to perform all these feats in his old age. I'm not saying that Miyagi would win, but you can be sure that John would sweat a lot.
