I agree. Although he definitely has above ordinary human strength, higher than Captain America. But no way is he physically stronger than pretty much any of these characters. MAYBE Starlight, but that’s pretty much it. Characters like Black Noir and The Deep have also showcased insane feats of strength. When he gave strength to Wolverine over A-Train, I actually internally laughed. We see A-Train in season one pulling a literal train that’s carrying at least 4 or 5 train cars behind him. I don’t know how much an individual train car weighs but id say he was probs pulling several thousand tonnes.

But people forget the scenes like when Butcher tried to blow up himself and Homelander, and Homelander not only speed blitz out of there in nanoseconds, but also took Butcher with him, and he didn't even get any speck of dirt on him. He is too fast and too powerful for Logan, but Wolverine has the adamantium claws, and if Homelander underestimates him even a tiny bit, one slash to the throat, or a stab to the chest and Homelander is done for.

One, he himself said he's been to space, which Edgar doesn't contradict him on. Two, we learn in S4 that they tried to burn him in these sealed rooms that they set entirely aflame, which means he can basically live without oxygen as it'd erase every bit of oxygen in that room. A neat detail was that Frank began gasping for air before he even burned up. So yeah, both in the comics and the show, Homelander can survive space without issue.
