@atylerplai well he did live through the Spanish Civil War and both World Wars, so there's your dark inspirations. Concerto de Aranjuez was said to have been inspired by a bombing raid at one time (it wasn't).

yes, this song it's a scary ,but i like very,very much, rodrigo is agreat composer ,he is deeply ,have some concerts for guitar and voice ,guitar and orchestra.Joquin Rodrigo is a genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
