This interview dialogue is the most healing, genuine...tears pouring down my face, out of my heart hearing, especially hearing about polarity/magnets and men finding power and then becoming rigid...women, conscious women, are craving to surrender in healthy ways...my God bring it on :)

I am just being introduced to David Deida and his teachings and now John Wineland. There are Women that have cultivated their feminine and want a healthy masculine male to lead. I promise you we are out here. We have been doing our own work for years now being re-wired to man down (masculine down) and women up (feminine up) and we are wondering where our compatible counterparts are. It feels so GREAT to know you are out there. Now we just have to attract each other (divine attraction). I trust that you (masculine) will be called to us (feminine) just as we will be called to you. We are soft, beautiful and exactly what you are looking for. And yes we can still run businesses and run a household we will no longer try to run you though (healthy masculine) having learned the hard way what sickness that brings into our systems. We (healthy feminine) can not do ourselves or give ourselves what you (healthy masculine) can. And many of us know this now.

What's so fascinating is that following through with the suggestions John promotes will logically attract similarly predisposed partners and great things are abound to happen.

Grateful to have stumbled upon this video. 50+ woman who has had to be responsible for myself for over 30 yrs...am FINALLY learning it is okay to be feminine and to let the walls down. It is truly intuitive to me to be loving and giving. It is trust which is my stumbling block. Appreciate your willingness to explore and educate. Your growth will be a blessing to yourself and to your beloved.

This is great for people who need it. Though you are making this more complicated than it really is. Couples have problems due to outside demands from society and friends, this constant analyzing of every small act that has happened in the past. Coffee, drugs, social media, cell phones, electronic trance music, strobe lights, all these things cause much more damage than anything these two gentlemen are discussing.

My heart is so shut down now because I keep meeting compatible potential partners that like me but are still holding onto their past or in love with their ex and they can’t let go of that to be present with me, commit etc so I close my heart and mutual yearning etc 😔

A lot of baggage in my age bracket as well (early 30's) but I tend to identify them quite early (even before meeting). Hope you're noticing patterns as well by now.

If we learn to shepherd our own feminine and we learn to provide safety to the feminine outside, and also cultivate our own inner love, why do we even need a female? If we have to come from a place of not really needing a female but also desiring a female , what's the point of even having a female? For some of us , it sometimes feels like too much effort because a lot of modern women (and men) but women have a lot of childhood traumas and it's not a man's job to be her best therapist while she still goes and gets her brains blown out by her trauma bonded Chad.

Can anyone recommend a source of wisdom similar to this talk but then aimed more at younger men that feel a lot of resistance towards not having sex for months with a girl they are dating. I really feel this desire to have sex once a week or once every two weeks at least and I wonder if there is anything wrong with that

My advice, don't suppress it, you'll grow with experience and maturity. Nobody is on their death bed saying I wish I'd had less sex - not in my world at least!

Dude, you reversed the audio channels (L/R) - same as you wear the headphones (wire always to the left ear) - and ideally put those voices on both channels.

Luke, did you make it 6 months? No flirting??? I’ve been celibate for nearly a year, but I’ve definitely flirted. Guess that’s something else I should work on letting go

What you said about being terrified of the masculine energy...drugs, etc., and becoming anti people pleaser...no role model of what healthy masculine energy looks like

@Wendy Groomes - Evolutionary Times: Would you maybe like a suggestion about where to look (?) Try studying recreational (not competitive) ballroom dance. Every big city will have a venue, for example, for swing dance (which is the type of dance I'd recommend you look at). Go and watch how the Men and Women interact. Old Men, young Men, Men of all kinds. Notice what happens and what makes it happen. For example: Men ask Women to dance and Women accept . . . or decline. But if a Woman accepts, she then follows the Man's lead. The Man . . . creates the frame for the dance and the Woman . . . adapts to it. But the focus of the dance . . . is always entirely on the Woman. Everything the Man does is about creating the dance experience for the Woman. The Man's own experience is derivative of that -- it's an experience of her experience, so to speak. The Woman wants/needs to trust the Man for this dynamic to unfold successfully . . . and the Man wants/needs to be trusted. Notice how the Man starts with simple leads . . . to see what the Woman can handle. Then he continues with more complicated leads . . . depending on what he learns. And so on. This is "healthy masculine energy" in a well-defined form. You can extrapolate it to the rest of Life . . .
