✅𝘽𝙔𝙊𝘽 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙄𝙋𝙀 🦑 Ingredients 100g squid 100g shrimp 30g spinach 300g glass noodles (dangmyeon) 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sugar (raw sugar preferred) Salt Pepper Sesame oil Cooking oil (For extra spice) 1 tbsp Buldak sauce 🧑‍🍳 Recipe 1. Cut the squid and shrimp into bite-sized pieces. 2. Boil the glass noodles for 6 minutes. 3. Stir-fry the minced garlic in a pan, then add the squid and shrimp. 4. When the squid and shrimp are halfway cooked, add chili paste, chili flakes, oyster sauce, and sugar, then stir well. 5. Add the boiled glass noodles with a small amount of the noodle water, and mix well. 6. Turn off the heat and add spinach and sesame oil, mixing everything together. 7. Adjust the spice with Buldak sauce, and the sweetness or seasoning with more sugar, salt, and pepper as desired. It was really interesting to hear how Tiffany and Brian both struggled to detach from work at some point. As someone who got burnt out from working in healthcare, I knew the phenomenon of not being able to leave work at work wasn't exclusive to healthcare, but I'd never have expected musical theatre or acting to be one of those occupations where that's difficult to do. Who knew a show called bring your own booze would be educational.

We had that when I worked in psych and I found that it helped a lot, way more than crying in the pantry did haha (still ended up in the ward myself tho from burn out lol). Otherwise I hope you have access to a good support network and that you know you can say no to extra shifts. Time to do what you want, and things that are healing for you, are a major part in preventative care for burn out. Take care ^-^

This episode was WAYYY too good and fun to watch! As someone who started liking Korean culture and music since the 90s with FTTS, g.o.d., H.O.T, S.E.S., Baby VOX, and the like-- it is so nice seeing the older generations come out. SNSD is the group that brought me back into KPOP after a hiatus so I really do love these 3 on the show! I really do love Brian's energy since day 1! Joon is that cranky old brother that is hilarious! Fany has aged so gracefully and I am enjoying all her success! Love the cursing since it shows the authentic part of being an unscripted show.
