Adidas getting all of nike sloppy seconds 😂 i hope they do something innovative with those collaborators. they need to bring back the consortium sneaker exchange and have 2 companies work together on one shoe or just some more in house cross pollination like a FOG AE1 or harden vol 8 just something new and different than a superstar or samba.

Adidas: we got amm Nike: ill do you one better, *Signs Kanye West* Imagine a amm x yeezy x adidas on the foam runners, slides and 350s v1 and v2. Just burgundy pink sail and suede. Smh adidas thought they were smart and i like both nike and adidas but amm gimmick is stale imo. All seriousness nike shouldnt have brought that one guy in the vid. But with kanye, adidas is a german brand located in munich, so PR wise theres no way a german brand like adidas cannot bring kanye back given history. And what west said. Even if they wanted to they basically are figuratively forced not to unless they wanna look bad in the public eye.

I wish James Whitner all the best for his future with adidas. But knowing what happened with all the talented artists (Sean Wotherspoon, Jerry Lorenzo just to name two) that went from Nike or other brands to adidas i wonder why he made the choice. Probably Nike was becoming a difficult place to work at? I‘ve seen that Frank Cooker went back with Nike (he worked with Nike and the best artists like Virgil, Kanye, TS, and took part making many shoe who are considered grails). It’s a good review, but you said that only the a ma maniere Jordan 3 did great which is partially true, because the new Jordan 3 has sold more units than the white one, but the price was lower. Today we can’t compare the success of a shoe with the numbers on StockX anymore, cause the kids today aren’t willing to spend "big" money on shoes, they don’t care. It shows it by how the fake industry has grown over the past two years. They are fast fashioned don’t care about what they wear and don’t understand the sneaker culture and how an enthusiast can look at a shoe for 30 minutes to an hour. Sorry for the long answer…keep up with your work
