I had been listening to a video by a KZbin channel called City of David, concerning excavations in Jerusalem below a parking lot. For some reason a brand new video by you was among the feed for other videos. Only some 300 had been viewing it. I decided to tune in. Thank you for your assertive voice. You affect me, just as so many times before.

Putting the steps, no matter how many (actually the more the better) make the task doable. Less stress, accomplish more per task, when they are listed in a task sheet forum. Easily 'consumed', completed. Thanks for your collected information.

Dag, this is so true. I did what you said and finished my project today and now on my next one and should be done with it at the end of today. I got stuck in procrastination for a week at least and now I broke through it, thanks to you.

Great teaching that I am grateful for, when I feel that stuck knowing better questions is difficult thanks for the suggestions. Just an observation Dr John DeMartini says to eliminate should do, have to, got to, need to. Reframing what we say is very powerful, can be a very subtle change but still makes a difference.

*am so glad I'm a subscriber!* 😁 thanks John learn to ask better questions ... cos all the answers/solutions are there ... somewhere ... we simply just have to make the effort to find them * *_effort is natural once we're committed!_* * 😆
