Love the second tip! Winning a tournament is good, but if you loose first match, its kind’a gone. Instead only have one goal…. Do what ever i can to win THIS match. If you win ”just this match”, you’ll win the tournament. In before every single match, its just this match i do right now that matters, not the podium, this match…. Every time…. That give you the steel.
