Ooooooooo Basilo is the only one with his weapon shown and is more willing to trust others especially for his brothers wellbeing, Do I smell a new party member! Also he's Paripus so he further completes the one from every race quota for the team!

I imagine they don't have all top 20 faces shown on the rock because of graphical limitations. But they have mentioned smaller faces beyond the main three several times now. Also based on how it's been presented so far it's assumed that the king's magic only works on tribesmen. Either maybe because humans and other monsters are too full of magla to be affected or because the spell was only designed to stop tribesmen as an oversight by the king.

@@DaitylSword You mean the bluefin tuna? You can buy 20 of them at the market in Brilehaven anytime. Those special resources are easy to come by. No need to suffer through a dungeon in inclement weather.

@ I honestly forgot about the bluefin tuna had to try and fish up the yellow fish for it and ultimately just fought the “superboss” in the bad weather since I could negate fire damage anyways

The 'dragon god' might be a Human...or something else considering the game keeps dropping hints that there might have been an ancient civilization before the current one. Strohl's true class is Negotiator, not warrior. Junah roasted Del.

*{Yr 2; Day 148} of been impressed by P5R and waiting for P6.* I wonder how this is gonna go for us to gain some kind of trust from the Mustari, I don't think we're just gonna up and steal the Lance and be done with it. 6:55 *[Theory]* Man, this is a whole another story in itself...goddamn...I guess we're gonna absolutely DESTROY Sanctism by the end of this arc by revealing how baseless their teachings are, considering Batlin is here. Wonder if Louis intended to steal a Mustari relic in order to do basically that as well? Moreover, already predicting that the "Dragon God" is a Human that's draining the Island's resources. 15:19 Absolutely perfect, gaining the trust of the Mustari is the way to go if we're hoping to stand a chance against Sanctism. That was obvious since the beginning, and now we're finally coming around that idea. 16:13 Honestly, this game has won my appreciation for just how unpredictable its plot developments are. I expected this scene to play out, AFTER we enter the Dragon Temple. Its like Atlus is both trying to follow the formula but also throwing us off of the loop with their sudden booats of content. Its genuinely so damn refreshing, in a very "masochistic" (as in, being proved wrong at an extreme concentration at every step I mean) way I guess lmfao. I am NOT bored at any point, the game is the epitome of a Rollercoaster ride with the only "chill" moments being those sprinkled in here and there just to give the action moments more hype. Personally, I think this is the best Turn-based RPG game design I've ever seen. 26:54 Perfection, in every way possible. Changing up the bg theme only by small proportions, and letting the rest of it stay as is. It really is all about these small things in Atlus games that enrich the experience. 30:52 Reminds me of how in SMT4, things like guns or mobile phones were "Ancient Relics" to the people from the Kingdom of Mikado. This really is going the route of Degradation of humankind into the world we see here now, huh... 35:00 Wonder if the surrounding islands are for sidequests, we'll probably acquire those after we save Eupha and deal with the Dragon God situation. Honestly, I HOPE that the Mustari will have their own sidequests too so that we basically go from island to island.

35:35 I would say its a grand mix between Indian, Arabian, Eqyptian, Tribal and Islander culture. Tribal and Islander is self-explanatory but allow me to explain why those three cultures specifically with one example each. It is Indian because of the reference to a form of dance performed before the Almighty called Kathakali, it contains those vocals during classes training you how to dance in that fashion (I have 2nd hand experience of this from a female friend of mine). It is Arabian because of the architecture design, from the stone cut monuments to the designs on the fabric...need I say more? This is definitely the most obvious one of the three. It is Eqyptian due to the desolate lands of not so much agriculture, which directly affects a growing civilisation. Lands, which are cut off from the outside world surrounding them. Also, the Dragon God is called Eht...I'm pretty damn sure this is referencing "Seth", an Eqyptian deity with the head of a jackel or literally in the form of a Dragon. Thats how I see it, personally.

0:46 Ya that is a plot hole. Will could just taunt enemies. And they will, just be strangled with golden chains. Or is it the intent to assassinate. But I think only people are under the rule. So you could still kill the top 3 candidates. But something less direct. Like knowing their walking path. And making a deep hole for them to fall into. There's more ways to do something similar.
