Unless I'm missing something... The "second place" lid held the same iat as the "1st" placd lid with a ~30° higher ambient temperature. Is that correct?

Kept the oem LS9 lid, it performed the best. Sold off the kong dual pass and DSX V2

were you able to get the kong lid to fit under the clear plastic heat extractor hood insert? or is the clearance pretty tight? thanks

Yes it will fit with clearance. Gen 2 lid was a turd tho. Gen 3 lid is out now. Results unknown. Will test myself eventually

Yes the OEM patterned lids can, you will need all the LS9 lid seals as well.

Did you run all your kong lid lines separate to and from the expansion tank and heat exchanger?
