Hey John, I have a question man. I'm not really understanding variation 2 of Derecho you've explained here. Or maybe I just understand it incorrectly. Here is my understanding: Version 1: Saakata. Slide, hit, hit. Basic Derecho. Version 2: Saakasa (?) Slide, hit, quick hard slide. For really heavy/loud songs or parts of songs. Version 3: Saakatap. Slide, hit, tap. For songs where you just need to blend in or stay back. Moreover, is every second hit the same for each style (ka)? Thanks for your time maestro.
