I love so much that you talk about getting a journal then tearing up that page a few days later that has those sad thoughts or angry thoughts you needed to just get out of you. You know, I think if more of us just had a journal and we wrote down all those negative, hurtful things we put up on Facebook everyday this world would be a whole lot better off. Because we do, we treat social media like a journal and then other people that are sad and confused they answer it and it just adds fuel to that hate. If you would just put it down and get it out of you and then not look at it anymore, then it doesn't have to add fuel to any fires. It just runs it's course. Peace, love, and prayers, brother.
