Mr. Ivor Lynch: Thank you for the initial post, and for the dedication to my nephew and niece, Sherwin Gill and Samantha. Their mother, George's wife, was my cousin. Please allow me to add to your initial statement (the dedication) that Sherwin and Samantha are the nephew and niece of another member of the band: Mr. Michael Bacchus. Michael was the brother of Sherwin's and Samantha's mother. I was pleased to see Sherwin's post, submitted three years ago. I was saddened to hear about Mr. Critchlow's (Johnny Braff's) demise. I read the article on the "Guyanese Online" circular. It was more sad to discover where he spent his last days, considering that he had received a national award just this year! GO
