I’m surprised Captain Falcon’s superior reflexes weren’t considered or even mentioned, like, F-Zero reaches speeds up to 2000mph, which would take superhuman reflexes in order to not crash at the first sign of a turn.

Fair point. However, those are his racing reflexes, not those related to fighting. Since he likely trains the two separately (since they're two different skillsets) he likely wouldn't have the same reflexes for each skill. For example, Falcon's racing reflexes (if they are all natural and not aided) only come in handy when moving well above 1000km/h. Who's moving that fast in a fight? Not many people. You'd need fast reflexes for a fight, yes. But they'd be reflexes tailored toward a fighting instinct, thus allowing for timing moves and blocking an opponent. Racing reflexes would therefore be tailored towards racing instincts. Where one would have to make sharp turns at less than a moment's notice. All while not only controlling body movement, but the motion of their vehicle at high speeds. Plus, Johnny ain't slow. He can dodge bullets point blank, which move at an average of 2,700kph. Putting, his reflexes roughly at the same as Falcon's. So either way, Falcon's reflexes aren't an advantage in this fight. TLDR: Cage has reflexes roughly equal to Falcon's (which may not be natural reflexes I'm the first place).

Well, Death Battle is about who would win MOST of the time. I won't say Cage could beat Falcon even 10% of the time (I love Mortal Kombat, but given the numbers and stuff, I've accepted he is far weaker), but his martial arts skills and being similar in speed could on the very rare occasion pull him a win in other versions of a fight against Falcon.

@@savageantelope3306 Well to be honest, I always thought that F-Zero with a multiplayer emphasis could really go more toward the "violence" of the race because it's always been like that, especially in F-Zero X where there's a mode called Death Race where you literally just run straight in an infinite loop without borders and have to slam your opponents out of the race or just destroy them Online, 30 persons in the same race, one life, huge speeds and techniques to get your opponents out of the way could be really fun to play but eh, I guess it's not enough for Nintendo And there's also the fact that I don't believe Nintendo would be able to deliver a proper online service for 30 persons on the same race but eh, you never know, could be surprised

@@natashagoddard4283 Yes but he only has access to that power when fighting a god, it's completely useless against regular people, and even if he did have access the god he was fighting was still weaker than the power output Falcon is proven to be able to deal with. If godless cage can be taken out by a bullet, there is no way he's surviving being his by a car fueled by a shard of the big bang. Just because someone is called a god in fiction doesn't mean they are omnipotent and are still subject to standard merits of feats. If Shinnock is comparable to Raiden then his strength is remarkable but not outside of the realm captain falcon is used to. Nevermind the fact that shinnock was only sealed away and is very much alive and kicking in 11, albeit as just a head.

Wanted to debunk some semi ocassional arguments used for Johnny Cage people seem to have. 1st, Johnny destroying a city For context, for Johnny Cages MK9 arcade ending he awakened his powers after defeating Shao Kahn. This awakening seemingly destroyed an entiee city, and Johnny proceeded to go to Orderrealm to train and master said powers. So not only is this moment never followed up in any MK canon material after MK9 (Most character endings are just different What If scenarios after all) . But even if it did happen in an alternate timeline as established by MK11, that obviously wouldn't apply to the main Cage (otherwise we'd be using Smash Bros Captain Falcon). Also worth noting that the event happening for our Cage wouldn't be possible if you follow the NRS Timeline. For Johnny to awaken them at all, he had to defeat Shao Kahn. The same Kahn who casually defeated Johnny, but was also killed by Raiden and Raiden only. And 2nd, Johnny scaling to DC characters. For context, ever since Midways MK vs DC, both franchises have interacted with each other since then (Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Raiden appearing in the Injustice games. Joker, Peacemaker and technically Killer Croc, Harley Quinn and The Batman who Laughs appearing in the MK games) So I guess by this logic, Johnny somehow scales to characters such as the big blue boy scout. Only problem is... Johnny isnt in MK vs DC (missed opportunity to have him punch Batman in the balls imo). And the only DC character Johnny could realistically fight is Joker, who isn't very fantastic beyond sometimes scaling to Batmans fighting skills. (Which this would also be non canon since Joker is DLC and not followed up in any storymode such as Aftermath) Though thinking about it, I assume they mean Johnny scaling to MK characters in MK vs DC defeating the various superhero characters (Sonya beating Green Lantern and Captain Marvel, Lui Kang beating Flash, Scorpion beating Superman etc) But... This doesn't work either. As established in the storymode of MK vs DC, the merging made all of the characters power levels fluctuate constantly between each other (This being blatantly said in Jokers and Shang Tsung chapters for example) TLDR: Everybody is either far weaker than they'd normally be, or far stronger than they have no right to be. (Kinda like DB Fighterz now that I think about it.)
