And he made it very clear that Amber's countersuit is about proving very specifically that the Waldman tweets caused her negative hashtags... which they do not. Case closed!

As a data analyst, I knew that "data" lady was full of crap when she did not testify as to the difference between correlation and causation! She actually said she "wasn't a semantics expert." Really? That's like data/statistics 101!! This new expert, Mr. Bania, was very understandable in explaining stats and data and the reasons behind the other experts' flawed analysis. BRAVO! ---------->>> UPDATE: This whole line of questioning is basically AH's team is trying to prove JDs team created a smear campaign thru social media. As JD's expert showed, the bad talk was already out in social media before Waldman made statements and afterwards because of AH's own actions. Waldman was sharing facts from the UK trial (photos, texts, witness testimony) and got banned from Twitter for life with no real justification. That was most likely AHs team's doing. Waldman shared the AK trial open-record items with internet journalists because mainstream media was not covering the trial for various reasons. Then these social media journalists started to see inconsistencies in AH's story and started publishing that info to uncover the truth. What helped (in this trial) was the Aquaman director coming forward to say AH was getting less time in the second movie because the love story between Mera, AH's character, and Aquaman, Jason Mamoa's character, was not believable because of lack of chemistry. Translation: she's a bad actress. And JD testified that AH got the job because JD pulled some strings. She was not hired solely on her acting abilities.

No, the waldmen statements didn’t cause her any harm, no one knew who she was, but ask about the correlation between this case and negative tweets and she will need to sue herself

I’m guessing that’s the only caliber of expert she could get, given the public recordings. The fact that professionals are willing to testify for him, at the very least subliminally, reinforces that his case has merit while hers does not.

There is nooo regrets from JD's side. None! Here is what this billion dollar industry Johnny Depp has learned from Amber: Never trust a big butt and a smile. Security will be used to protect him more in his private life.. Any future dates will NEVER be allowed to have a private phone WITH camera while in his residence or private settings.. Thank you very much and F you Disney. Noooooo more free rides.. Robert Downey is my BOI for life.. Amber Heard's face has disappeared from his memory.

This was a beat down for AH’s team. This expert methodically and throughly destroyed AH’s tweet 🐣 expert’s evidence. By the end of his testimony, it reminded of the scene in Remember the Titans where Coach Yoast tells Coach Boone, “run it up, Herm. Leave no doubt!” - In the playoffs game where the refs are trying to help the other team win by calling a bunch of penalties against the Titans.

How come Johnny’s witnesses speak so thoughtfully, behave sensibly,no insult towards attorneys..don’t feel the need to look at jury unless needed. It’s the exact opposite for AMber’s witnesses. Woo... this fellow is good. He should be a professor if a Uni could pay him. He aptly pointed out that correlation is nothing technical. It is not specifically a sentiment analyst's thing. It is a question for secondary school certificate? AH lost USD40-50 millions is a bogus claim. If Musk were still with her, she could get it in a few hours, but not from filming and modelling.

This should be confirmation to AH, that very few are interested in her career; and that because of this case, many who considered themselves her fans, are now not a fan because they see for themselves that she abused Johnny, and lied about it, and lied about many other things including donating monies to ill children.

I'm sure now in 2022, with all the truths that have come out in this trial about what A.H. is actually like in real life, the negative tweets about her are probably over 70 or 80 percent. She didn't kill J.D.'s career, but she did kill her own career.
