I think one of the reasons people like Johnny Depp so much is because he's turned the pain and uncertainty of his childhood into spreading the love and compassion he never received to others. He genuinely sees people. They aren't set dressing, they aren't someone to be used and discarded. When he becomes aware of someone in need he goes out of his way to help them. He uses his fame and fortune for good. He became a patron to his artist friend. He made sure at least some of the divorce settlement went to the children's hospital. Johnny Depp is the physical embodiment of a Random Act of Kindness.

I was never a fan of anyone in Hollywood, Johnny Depp included. But after watching the JD trial with AH, clips of his movies and his many interviews starting from when he was a young actor, it’s apparent that all his successes have never gone into his head. He remains humble, gentle, sweet and caring of others. He touches people by who he is as a person, and by his many gifts and talents. It’s so easy to like him & love him❤️ (I’m now a fan!). I'm sure he has flaws as we all do, but to have so many people talk so highly about him speaks volumes. Other than AH, I can't say I've ever heard a negative thing about his character. That's what makes this whole thing with her even more diabolical. She treated him like crap, humiliated him, abused him and even that wasn't enough. She tried to ruin his career and change people's perception of him. I hope the truth finally sets Johnny free from her and her narcissistic control over him. He deserves so much better. And, I hope her lies are exposed and she is forced to crawl back under a rock. Hopefully, after this is over we never have to hear about her again.

The last part of this video where Johnnie is asked about himself being shy, he was blushing 😊 when he admitted to being shy. So adorable! He could have never done what AH accused him of. Yes, he has had problems in his past but his anger is not taken out on some one else, it is taken out on himself. He has such a good sense of humor and is so humble. I saw Larry King's interview with him where JD said "I'm box office poison. I've built a successful career through [being in so many flopped movies (?)]. He's an excellent actor who is drawn to the character, not for the attention or desire to be in a #1 movie. I think the growth of companies like Netflix has probably played a large part in lower box office hits all the way around. I have noticed that you cannot find his movies anyplace on TV anymore. I don't know if that's because of the trial, but I remember watching a good number of his movies on TV, whereas now most all of them are pay to rent or the option to buy! I'm treating myself to a Capt. Jack Sparrow marathon...and then I'm going to watch as many of his other movies I can get in and just make a JD weekend out of it 😃
