What a sensible guy. He’s included QR codes with install videos. So many companies waste tons of money on ads. Just keep it simple. Let the product speak for itself. Definitely going to get a 43Z to run this trigger. And maybe put one in the 19X.

Got the Glock performance trigger with custom trigger shoe and couldn’t be happier. Trigger is super crisp and you can really tell he puts his heart and soul into what he dose. Trigger assembly was all hand polished, I also use this trigger on my carry gun it’s just as safe as oem trigger since essential it’s a Glock trigger just polished and refined.. best trigger I’ve ever felt on a Glock.

You need one. I installed mine and was slightly confused because it’s not like a gen 3 or slimline set up. It’s mechanically different and absolutely amazing. All the other triggers I have put on the 43x and micro dagger were just average compared to this, and I’ve really liked a few of them. Not only is it crisp and clean, there’s spring tension doing fancy Johnny stuff and the break is like a crisp icicle break. My words don’t do this justice. Worth EVERY penny. And it’s JG safe!!!! I was gonna put my Frankenstein set up on the dagger, but I’m gonna put some bucks aside for another one of these. JG went above and beyond.

Ya know, I've been following up with Johnny's videos on safety since well before i had ever even considered owning a glock of my own, and ill be the first to say (not that my opinion even matters) how happy i am that someone out there takes so much effort in the safe action system to make things like this possible, ive had a few triggers from various brands fail various safety checks and tests and i would have been none the wiser about them had it not been for his insane amount of detail and information. with that being said i cannot wait until i can put together the funds to finally have a jg trigger of my own. recent events with my health at the beginning of the year have set me back financially, turns out getting smacked by a vehicle running an intersection even at no fault to your own can be quite expensive.... thanks johnny for your level of experience, keeping the safe action system safe. cheers.

The only trigger company that i can compare to you guys is tactical pontoon. Theyre a small team of like 3 that primarily work on psa dagger triggers, tho obviously they would be drop in for an oem glock as well. Their full trigger kit for both the gen 3 g19 and the slimline series are both phenomenal and are very very close to that soft glass break. Like i said they are the only other company i can even bring into the conversation when talking about aftermarket trigger kits for glocks and aftermarket glock style frames. Everyone else is close but not close enough. You 2 have phenomenal out of the box performance and feel and are both unmatched by any other companies out there currently.

True..not sure about the sig...I know the physical trigger is available as I do think there's to much free play(travel before takeup)..sig themselves make a quick reset kit for the P2xx series. I've seen some for some of the S&W. P320's aside I've never known a bad Sig pistol...either really crappy trigger or drop/easily going off. They get a lit of flat for that design flaw...though not the only company to have such an issue. Like I stated (sort of...maybe)generally any duty Glock I would 100% trust in a firefight. They just generally work...now it's also important to know really LEO'S and feds use maybe 4 models of Glock...maybe more but all generally the same caliber and gun. Also each has dedicated armourers to make sure they run smoothly 100% of the time. My comment was directed at the Glock perfection thats always touted. They've made real shit guns before and while they are one if the most reliable guns on the market, they're triggers are HORRIBLE. Hence was SO MANY COMPANIES make trigger replacements and upgrades. They work, especially when your adrenaline is flowing...you'll squeeze through the grip if possible when being shot at, but the materials...the gritty/spongy feel along with flex and over travel is not good. Cleanup and polishing will help it feel smooth...but still ugh. Aftermarket has solved most of that problem though. I wouldn't mind a "guchi" metal framed glock...I can still acknowledge a good overall design. Just don't like the factory one. Honestly they are a good gun...just not for me...and not perfect...almost nothing is

@@mythos000000025 no lord no nothing is perfect and can all be improved. I’m maybe a Glock fanboy (I build p80s which use all Glock parts) I can’t say that out of any of the guns I’ve built that they have a gritty or spongy trigger. That’s just my experience. There’s a pretty simple modification you can do yourself to improve the reset.

So Jack Schmitt was awesome and sent my 4311 out early. at first I was very confused cause there was no capture spring for the trigger bar and housing like the original and a spring hanging off the shoe. I managed to guess my way through the install of it but then got worried I might have done something wrong and called. he said to look at the QR code on the box and I felt like an idiot cause I thought it's a g🔒 it can't be hard and didn't even look for instructions or a QR code lmao. I don't know if jack is a wizard but it feels nothing like a g🔒 at all. it's super smooth with a crisp break the reset is stupid how nice it feels and super tactile. The flat shoe with the little bit of texture feels great. Hopefully I can get out this weekend to throw some seeds through it but for now I'm going to annoy my wife and dry fire it all night cause I'm still awestruck on the difference it made in my 48. This new 4311 system he came up with feels nicer than the gen5 johnnyglock system I have in my 19. 10/10 recommend for anyone with a slim line g🔒.

Drop the striker spring and safety spring weight for an even better performing setup! The striker spring it comes with is too strong to run with a lightened recoil spring. If you have a lightened recoil spring you need to lighten the striker. I’m not digging at Johnny at all I totally understand why he made the safety and striker spring so heavy. More insurance that it will be reliable. Just know that the “old” JG 43 carry trigger ($400) was far lighter pull, but sadly the break wasn’t near as amazing as the 4311. Drop your spring weights and you will be amazed at what you can transform your 4311 trigger into. DO NOT TAKE THE SPRING OUT OF THE HOUSING. Just the striker spring and safety spring. Buy a ton of different weight springs and you can find what sets off your ammo but is not overly heavy. As a fellow gunsmith when I was first putting this together I made various remarks about the springs being TOO heavy to coworkers as we were going through the installation process. Shoot safe, trust yourself, be a man. understand how the system works to make it better 😉
@johnnyglocks10 ай бұрын
Hey brother what recoil spring weighs are you using and why? Good info 👏
@StealthTacticalRyan10 ай бұрын
4lbs striker spring and the safety plunger spring that you include in the 400$ carry 43x trigger. (Basically took my carry evolution springs and swapped them into the 4311. Will there be an over travel adjustment? I noticed when the gun resets the trigger goes back 1-2mm more (kinda like the stock timney) would be cool to see a mini set screw in the housing like the full size glock housings you include in your competition setups, thanks Johnny!
@StealthTacticalRyan10 ай бұрын
@@johnnyglocks as for the recoil spring I’m running the glock store lightened tungsten guide rod for 43x. My 43x is comped by way of a threaded barrel though. I wish I knew the weight of that spring assembly but it balances perfect with the 4lbs striker spring
@StealthTacticalRyan10 ай бұрын
My experience tuning 2011 recoil springs to better match the shooters rhythm of grip strength is what pushed me to lower the recoil spring weight. I’ve found when the gun starts to cycle forward too soon and the hands are coming back under recoil, the gun has a tendancy to “dolphin dive” when the slide hits forward and the barrel is still pointed upwards. Lightened spring let’s the slide go back faster and the action stays open just slightly longer which allows the hands to start moving forward with the slide for more consistent double taps on the way back down.
