@erikt10048 жыл бұрын
Ye maybe but he was doing drugs and was drinking alot in college and it got worse each year he would probably be suspended for something. he was hangover alot in college and in the NFL. After he got drafted he was basically drunk every single time he wasnt playing football. 7 Weekends in a row that summer he was flying out to parties when he should have been reading his playbook.

Johnny Manziel deserves everything that he received these past few years. Manziel started from the top and his actions have made himself sink to the bottom from drugs and alcohol. I admit he was a great star but those days are over, so the fact that you suggest that he will rise to be a NFL player gain is astonishing.
@tylersmith308 жыл бұрын
Johnny is the greatest talent in football since Jim Brown. Incredible QB, I still believe in his Comeback. To hell with all the haters. Johnny is the BEST. Those stupid Browns ruin everybody's career, how many QB's already ...its a damn joke.

Forget the parties, he doesn't have 1/100 of the talent that Favre had.
@charlesdarks88508 жыл бұрын
You don't know what you're talking about. Listen to Merrill Hoge, or every scout in the NFL. Manziel has an average arm, terrible accuracy, horrendous decision making and bad knowledge of defenses. The spread offense in the NCAA made a lot of bad QB looking great: Tebow, Andre Ware, David Klingler, and many others. Favre had one of the strongest arm ever, great accuracy and was a very good decision maker. He was drafted by the Falcons but Jerry Glanville didn't want him, a year later he was traded to the Packers and after 7 games he was a star. Manziel has been terrible from the start and in the second year was even worse.
@charlesdarks88508 жыл бұрын
I watched almost every game of Manziel as a pro and he's been awful. I suggest you to watch Tebow or Klingler stats and games in college and compare them to stats and games in the NFL.
@charlesdarks88508 жыл бұрын
I'm wasting my time anyway in his last game he went 13 for 32 for 136 yards with a pick. The following week he was benched for the great Austin Davis.
@davidgarp71048 жыл бұрын
Charles Darks Favre wasn't special physically except for a huge arm and good accuracy (which you can get from practicing hard and studying the game and it's players), he had all the intangible. He learned to have determination and never stop playing or practicing. Look at his time with the Falcons he didn't care and was on the path of Johnny manziel until he was sent to packers and was inspired to play.

I know people are going to give me shit for this but I believe Manziel is a very talented football player. No he might not be good enough for the NFL, yet, but no team has really given him a chance. I believe if a team were to be fully invested in him he would improve. He reminds me a lot of Russell Wilson. But then again he's fucking up off the field.

@SRH1838 жыл бұрын
He doesn't cause its the same mistakes over and over. He's still saying to this day he might drink again. Its been reported a lot of teams don't like his drinking and then he says that? Most of his problems are alcohol related. He hasn't learned from his mistakes so why take a chance on him. A smart man never repeats the same mistakes twice. I wish things turned out differently cause he'd be fun as hell to watch every Sunday running around, but at this point he's doing this all to his self. As soon as a team shows interest, he fucks up again.
