I like Nelly as far as a person, however there is no way he should still be there over Johnny! The judges scores are 💩! Consistently giving Nelly the same scores or higher than Johnny is absurd!

I agree. Nelly is a super guy! I also agree Johnny should be there over him. But wouldn't get on the judges for that. Nelly is still there because of the fanbase. His fanbase is HUGE. In fact I fear it's so huge he could win.

Sure, you could argue that Nelly improved throughout the competition, but in that case A.J. should've still been there. He improved so much more and was actually becoming a good dancer. Bless Nelly's heart, but dance he cannot. It's a popularity contest unfortunately.

That last dance was so creative. I have to agree that this can be a popularity vote versus talent. Johnny should have been high on the scoreboard bc he is an athlete. Johnny exceeded a couple of performers that remain on the show. Of course, as a viewer we can't observe as closely as the judges. The judges were tough on Johnny, and some other performers. The critique didn't match the score. Then you felt sorry for one particular performer. There were a mixture of things . . . I think that bc some is a nationally popular person your afraid to be critical with your scores with that particular individual bc what they bring to the table. It's just a perception. I miss the normality of everything. I have nothing better to do than look forward to watching DWTS. God Bless you all

As Derek said, America is the 4th judge. Unless the show wants to take away the fan vote, there will always be results like this towards the finals when personal favorites are eliminated. No different than the election we just had...Personally I think Johnny was far better than Nelly but Nelly has a much bigger fan base so it was no surprise that he made the finals. As for Skai, she was so tiny I think her partner Alan was afraid he would hurt her at times. She looked like she belonged on DWTS Jr.
