I really wish the more emotional screens that were cut from old anime/manga were animated with this OST. When Shu lifted the stone and almost fell, he told the child hostages "Don't worry, this stone is not so heavy when compared to your lives. Even if my body fails, I will carry it with my soul." Then his old friend Rizo who is under Souther makes a plea to put a cloth around his wound to stop blood loss to Souther. Souther threaten to kill Rizo's family if he dares to and Rizo falls to his knee and cry. Shu just told him "Your intention counts more. Listen, everyone, you don't have to do anything. If your hearts are acting, this is plenty for me. They can combine to a pillar of light that lightens this dark era." Even thugs under Souther were awed in his selfless acts and kind hearts. He never regrets or curses the cruel fate of his Jinsei, star of benevolence, but peaceful knowing that he can save the future of the next generation.

I can’t seem to recall the part about Rizo in the original tv anime. In any case though, it’s stuff like this why it’s better to watch the original tv anime of Hokuto No Ken. Plus I’m still spoiled by the voice of Akira Kamiya as Ken. No one will ever be better than Akira as Kenshiro.

@@brothersofwrath4785 It’s part of the reason why I wasn’t exactly thrilled about this movie. Souther’s past definitely played a role on how he came to be, especially in regard to his master. They didn’t even show the part of him crying when he sees his master’s body, and when Rin mentioned how Souther was like a child when he was crying.

I downloaded something called Free youtube to mp3 converter. If you type this on google, it should be easy to find. With this program, all there is to do is copy the internet adress of the video into the converter. It will... convert the song into a file O.o I just put into into itunes afterwards and voila!
