I'm in awe of this build. Absolutely stunning! I'd love to see more videos as the G/S is being tested on the trip through Africa. From one BMW owner to another, I can absolutely relate to their draw due to their ease of maintenance and straightforward simplicity. Love it!

You live in my old neighborhood- from Carrol Gardens to the heights- that waterfront has changed alot since 2007 when I left after 15 years. There was a BMW shop on Bergan st near Court that I walked by alot. I am resto-modding my R100RS- making alot of changes. Good luck on your trip- hopefully the shakedown isn't too bad.

Looks like a SWT-SPORTS bike. The frame the fork clamps the footpegs.
