After watching this series from you.....just this one,....I literally can't watch other reloading channels anymore. Im not kidding. Just this series alone makes every other reloading channel seem super lacking, and really full of filler material or very low level info. You are very entertaining for the volume of data and upper level info presented. That's a rare talent man, hope you get back into loading and share it with us. Thank you for all the vids you have done so far though. Your videos personally got me back into loading again and it's been a joy. Thank you again ❤

Such a great series JRB, the addition of the new target system with impact velocities and on demand group sizes is fantastic. That new barrel is a great shooter. The .45” group you shot with the ladder of powder charges made me giggle watching that. I thought to my self next he could just charge the case with lee dippers and that powder and still shoot a 1/2 inch group. Really makes me ponder that FX120i scale purchase I made. Lol. Anyways heck of a job and this series and video is great.

Thank you Johnny, watching the Mark 262 Mod 1 series convinced me that I should find that reloading equipment I bought and learn how to reload. Unfortunately it's a bad time to start to get into reloading, or anything firearms related. But I did manage to find some of the Sierra Match King 77gr OTM, lapua cases and an 8lb jug of Accurate 2250. But the place I got the stuff from ran out of the powder within 24 hours after I bought it. Hopefully they only sold what they had and didn't over sell it. I'll see if they ship it out. Now if I could just find primers. Those seem to be out everywhere 😢 Now I just have to find my reloading kit in the garage and see if I can't get a bench to mount it to.

Another great video. I would love to see some 350 Legend videos if you ever decide to start doing load workups . Bear Creek Arsenal has a cheap 350 Legend upper. I've had some decent groups from factory ammo.
@orangerider28275 жыл бұрын
I like all reloading videos but I can't figure out why the 350 legend even exists. Don't get me wrong I hope you enjoy yours just why get a 350 legend when 450 bushmaster already exists. If it's to much just load it lighter. That's assuming you have an ar platform. If you had a bolt gun or lever gun I think theirs just better options on the same thing. So after all that I'm really curious to why you choose the 350 legend? Maybe you see something I don't.

@buggsy54 жыл бұрын
An interesting observation: Your best group was from the StaBall pressure testers. That is quite interesting since each load had a different powder charge. One factor is certainly that you single loaded the round almost completely into the chamber before closing the bolt. That means there were none of the normal feeding stresses on the bullet. When shooting for accuracy, I always single load that way, even on my bolt guns. Feeding from a clip always seems to open up group sizes a bit.
@ReferenceFidelityComponents2 жыл бұрын
Swiss reload RS50 is awesome with these and 77tmks. 2750fps in a moderate load. Bug hole groups. N140 works almost as well. I load at 2.265 for these but have a custom chamber. 1/8 barrel really needed.

Why the CCI #41 and not the ubiqituous BR4? I use it exclusively along with the BR2 for 308. -- I shoot the 77Gr (#9377) with 24.5 gr of CFE223 as well as the 155gr (#2156) with 51 gr of CFE223 using the BR4 and BR2 respectively. These are the only rifle bullets, powder and primers I stock. Both have been phenomenally accurate (half MOA from not exactly match grade barrels). Call me a cheapskate, but I don't even own a powder scale, case trimmer, tricklers or concentrically gauge. I only have a Lyman Gen 6 powder drop and a couple of Lee Handpresses which I use for sizing, seating and priming with generic Redding NM 3-die sets. -- Is there a reason you prefer the harder to find #41? The #41 like the Federal #205/210s are always out of stock!
Great write up. Ive been using 27.3g of 2000mr for years in my NM and duplicates the 262 well. Id LOVE to see you do a load workup on the 85g RDF. Mag length super at 1k from the 223 is exciting. Got there again with 2000mr but accuracy is just at 1moa but I'm betting there are better options out there.
