I think that has been my struggle for a long time. I'm on my third set of locks. the first ones I got in my head about how people perceived me. my second set I did semi freeform it was free formed up top but the sides were cut. my third set is straight freeform haven't separated nada and I'm not going to. I think it's because I accepted myself more this go around that I haven't in the past. thanks for your videos and stay nappy bro.

I started my hair from waves. It wasn’t til about 1.5 years people asked me like oh are you trynna lock your hair? It’s also funny when people ask me like did I style my hair like this. I only had like a handful of people say oh you growing Rasta locs/freefroming. But it’s also kool to kinda educate people too when they ask a bunch of questions. My mom my biggest fan tho I know she wants her clean cut little boy back 🤣 I be sending her my update pics she be like interesting. But overall mostly get positive comments. My 2 year mark will be next month 🤙🏾
