I have used an auto player before and I can tell this is one of those instances. You can tell by the amount of times the piano bugs out, how many times the shift key is pressed automatically because he has shift lock on, and the executer actually likes to bug out sometimes as well, and this is exactly what that’s doing.

You may notice his shift lock keeps enabling, this is because the auto piano program thinks there’s supposed to be some function on the keyboard where shift is used. So yes, he is using an auto piano program.

He's using auto play. See while he's playing his shift lock is turning on and off if you look at his mouse. This is the music sheet he put in telling his auto play program to press shift but in Roblox its turning his shift lock on and off whenever it presses it. Plus normally his piano would have some Sustain from it pressing shift but there is simply Sustain the entire time. If you also pay attention at the start first it plays at a temp not according to the song and, it immediately begins to play as he gets on the piano.
