(1) How much of this research is open-access? (2) Does the patient face cost in receiving care? (3) Is attending JH for education something accessible to low-income individuals, and if so, what's the disparity between low-income and high-income attendance? (4) What barriers are in place now that may prevent someone from accessing research, care, and education? (5) How does JH intend on ameliorating these barriers, and what has JH done so far in addressing these barriers?
