Had to comment after watching your video : the Uniqlo here is made in ‘Asian’ size compared to the Europe/ USA stores. I tend to buy my clothes from the London stores where I currently reside, and when I came back home to Malaysia last week, I went to Uniqlo and bought plenty of clothes, the fit were all smaller despite being the same size / of the exact same design of clothes in M size. I had to go one up to size L and the store manager said that Uniqlo Asia makes clothes in smaller sizes compared to the West (despite labeling them the same S/M/L)!!Not sure if I explained it well there but hope you got the message 😅
@iamjohnsaboe Жыл бұрын
Thanks, actually I wasn’t comparing NA to Asia because you are correct sizing here is smaller. I must assume, my mistake, that because of the way I sound that people think I’m comparing one continent to another but actually I’ve been living in Asia for the past 10 years and was comparing the Uniqlo cuts from Malaysia to other countries in Asia. Thanks very much for taking the time to comment and share your experience!
@drjohansafree Жыл бұрын
Well in that case, your neck size problem is a mystery to us all =) (I highly doubt Malaysian sizes are smaller than other Asian countries, because judging from what I have seen of the people here (it has been 4 years since I came home), with the abundance of food in this country; we are right on track to becoming the "Americans of the East" with XXXL sizes soon to be available in stores nationwide 😅@@iamjohnsaboe

Great and knowledgeable narration of my ctry. Continue your visit. As for Uniqlo sizes, u r right, they r not of standard sizes. Not necessarily because u r in Asia and therefore sizes r smaller. D sizes even differ frm one shipment to another of d same range of clothes. I suspect it's because of where those clothes r being manufactured. So, u'd do better to open d package and visually see whether d size is wat it says it is!!

Thanks very much! Actually I’ve lived in Asia for 10 years. The cut of this tshirt, not size, seems to vary from country to country in East and Southeast Asia. Try coming to Indonesia, you definitely won't regret it 🤗🤗🤗🤗. And there are more tourist destinations to visit, the best culture and food paradises in the world than Malaysia. Indonesia has 17,508 islands spread from Sabang to Marauke. There are so many Indonesian tourist attractions that you can visit, such as: Bali, Raja Ampat, Thousand Islands, PIK, Labuan Bajo, Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Mount Bromo, Bunaken, Komodo Island, Toraja, Bandung, Jogyakarta, etc. Indonesia has many original cultures and the most delicious food in the world such as Rendang, Soto, Sate, Martabak, etc. Indonesia has a Jakarta-Bandung fast train with a speed of up to 354 km/hour with a track length of 142.3 km. Only 30 minutes to arrive in Bandung using the Indonesian fast train Whoosh. Many Indonesian foods and Indonesian culture are claimed by Malaysia such as Rendang, Batik, Wayang, Reog Ponorogo, Angklung, Pendet Dance from Bali, Keris, Pancak Silat, etc. Food with so many flavors, variants and spices only exists in Indonesia. Malaysia always claims everything from Indonesia, because Malaysia does not have a diverse and numerous culture like Indonesia.

Good choices. Malaysia did have a good retirement visa program but they have raised the requirements. Sarawak state has more attractive terms.
