Hello and Nice Work! Im planning a similar extension on a 61 glassmaster 14' ski. Id like to add 2-3' to the stern. I enjoyed the video and watched the second but would like to see how you lapped the new glass to the old and what was the actual layers of fiberglass in the layup. Thank You!

i HAVE TWO old 13 FOOT GHEENOE , i'VE BEEN THINKING OF WIDENING ONE BY 16 INCHES AND EXTENDING THE HULL BY 4 FEET. iS THAT Passable or just no a good idea . any input will be nice

It’s possible. Probably not worth the expense and labor for what you’ll end up with. I’d look for a panga hull in the 16-18’ range and build that out.

Polyester resin, the materials are all different. 1208, 1708 45/45, 1808 0/90, and csm since I am using polyester. The different pieces use different weight/style fabrics to make structurally sound yet keep the weight down. Thank you!
