International Day of Yoga was celebrated at JGS with great enthusiasm. The event aimed to promote the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and enhancing mental well-being. A brief history of yoga and its benefits were shared, emphasizing how yoga can improve physical health, reduce stress, and enhance concentration. Students dressed up in white attire performed different asanas. Rhythmic Yoga, where the benefits of integrating music and rhythm were explained.
Overall, the Yoga Day celebration at JGS was a wonderful experience that fostered a sense of community and well-being.
