The operator of this video and in part 11 is different than the one in parts 9 and 10. It is like night and day. This guy is a newbie I suspect. He's got a lot to learn. Glad the camera guy knows what he is doing. Great job as usual John.

Not a newbie, just a different approach. Every operator has their own unique style. Personally, the guy before was much better.

The operator seemed to know how to run the excavator and shear. But it was clear to me and a guy I watch these with who has done this for over 40 years, this was the first 3+ story building with steel this guy has done. That makes him a newbie when it comes to a job like this. The guy I watched this video with mentioned a few things. This guy didn't do well with material handling.He didn't know how to cut steel beams with the shear he had. And there was other things as well. Calling him a newbie without explaining was on me. But this guy was out of his league according to my buddy.
