Is it FAA-approved for airline travel? If so, do you have a marker printed on the seat to show it to the airline staff?

How do I know the angle of the car seat? I bought two Joie every stage™ fx car seats. I can't see any level indicator in the car seat. Instructions also doesn't say anything about this. My car is compatible with this car seat but the seats are more incline than newer cars, so it feels the base of the car is way too incline not straight with the car. Do I need to buy a wedge or use a towel to level it? Please advise! babies coming soon!

The red arrows 1,2,3 and 4 are for toddler and junior front facing and the blue 4 and 6 arrows are for rear facing so you should be able to tilt the seat. My actual car seat is quite sloped too, also rear facing the carseat and have it on 5 since my toddler is using it but would use 6 for small infants xxx

Really struggling to adjust my seatbelts with my almost 2 year old. Making them looser is not such a problem, but tightening them while he is in the seat is so so difficult, the straps just doesn’t want to pull tighter, then he gets his arms out while we drive. It looks easy on the video, but that’s exactly what I am doing. Is there another trick to it when they are bigger, because I cant think that this is normal with such a proper car seat.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with tightening your harness. Please be sure that all inserts are removed for the older child since the extra cushion can make it challenging to secure an older child who has outgrown the inserts properly. Also, be sure to pull the harness in a straight line up or down when tightening; if it is pulled towards one side, it can put extra tension on the belt, making it more difficult to tighten. I had this problem and i found that sometimes the chest padding would slide up slightly too high as i tried to pull the adjusting strap. So now i make sure (once yhe harness is done up but not tightened) I pull the chest pads down as far as they'll go then pull the tightening strap again. Hope it helps :-)

Hi, I've just purchased this carseat, we are using it rear facing as my son is 2, 12kgs. When I adjust the headrest so align the shoulder harness straps inline with his shoulders the headrest is way up high, the bottom of the headrest is inline with his chin, not his shoulders, how do I adjust the headrest so its inline with the shoulder straps? I've checked the instructions and it doesn't say, I've had a look under the cover of the seat and can't find how to adjust the headrest and shoulder strap height seperatly and it's giving me anxiety that it's not right, also no matter how tight I pull the seat belt when installing it drastically shifts on the seat?
