You know I love the projects. But, what I truly enjoyed was seeing you and hearing your excitement about having a play with something new. The story about the jeweler just about had me in stitches. My heart gave a little happy jump when you said "sp!ats of white paint." Tomorrow I'll be digging out my box of broken jewelery to play along with you.

It really is not only cheaper to get broken jewelry but more interesting. I pick up quite a bit of jewelry at my senior center for just $1 a bag. I love how you put the confetti on bulb pins, such a great idea. I have bought other beautiful beads on Amazon but that gets expensive. This is all new to me so I felt I had to have what others have. You had some very good tips in your video. Thank you for sharing this it certainly enlightened me.

Thank you Joie, well done pressing through, great video. Also Hobbycraft in the uk have selections of loose beads, you choose and pop them in different sizes and price pots. This way you get to choose, rather than lucky dip. Also charity shops usually have lots of jewellery. Thank you for your super video.

I had a good laugh thinking how many rabbit holes I have gone down when I add a new technique to my crafting world😂😂❤❤ I mostly use broken jewelry for charms and I call them junk charms. I like to use lobster claps at the top of a chain so it can be moved all around. I also use things made to join fishing line and lures. They are cheaper than jewelry findings and look neat. Always nice to see you!

When I make for others I’m very focused and it’s so fun. But when I have no one to make anything for besides myself I feel overwhelmed there’s so much I would like to do yet I feel I should be doing something for someone anyway? Overwhelmed being the problem. There is so many things I would love to make do you know tags resin dangling on and on. I love making charms and Dangleis. I think this is a wonderful just what I needed video and I’ll have to see it more than once or twice that’s for sure thank you so much. And I don’t think I’ve had a chance to tell you that I am so grateful you are back. And you were missed by many and many hugs and love🤗🎶🐩🥰 To the video lol.

Joie, I would recommend use the purple pliers you showed when you get to using the pins. You will need the pink pliers that you showed because you'll need to clip the pins, give yourself extra room on the pin before you cut it. Then use the purple pliers that you showed to round them, This will work for the head pins and the eye pins (the pins with the loops). Check out some beginning jewelry making tutorials for how to finish them so that they have a nice finish and they won't get snagged on anything. You can use pearl headed pins if you find them in a discount shop, just treat them like the head pins you got from Temu.

Because I make and sell recycled jewelry, I have 4 12" by 12" containers filled with jewelry I use for my journals and other crafts..I just love it. I use headbands. Keychain. Etc. Just use your imagination and ask yourself if you can bend a piece into something else. Jewelry bits and bobs are great when use on snippet rolls. I use my used jewelry in my mixed media canvas work too. Jewelry comes in so many different shapes and sizes, and colors and materials, the creativity is endless.
