the older taylor (i assume the one on the video) has x bracing, newer ones have v bracing. different tones. might want to audition those v bracing ones before you buy them. me, i dont like their newer v bracing at all!

Bought and returned the Taylor 812ce 12-Fret... why? Very nice for fignerpicking, but everything else it's pretty underwhelming. Single notes are beautiful but if you strum it sounds in person like all the single notes are fighting to be the loudest - and your ear whitness the war. I decided to replace it with a Martin 00-18 which has the same size but was more an allrounder.

you havent tasted the older taylor x bracing. yeah the newer v bracing are duds to my ears, i just dont get their hyped marketing for this v bracing with more sustain blah blah. the x bracing has more character to me. too bad they wont make it anymore, not even on custom order!

Wonderful guitar and playing! It would be very helpful if you used English in the titles of your videos like you did on this video. Most of yours don't have English titles so your missing out on a lot of views because we do not know what the video is about. Keep Posting!! TY
