This is apples and oranges... the 12 fret v 14 fret has a much bigger factor on tone than Brazilian v Indian...

What's the meaning of "12-fret"?

The neck is a little shorter. It starts at the 12th fret at the body of the guitar instead of the 14th fret. This gives it a different tone. I just got a 322ce which is a 12 fret, and I am very happy with how comfortable it is to play also.

the sound of an acoustic guitar, 85 percent of it comes from the top and and it's bracing does that mean that we shouldn't concentrate on the other 15 percent, surely not just don't be mistaken this test is completely flawed, more accurately it would be named "sound difference between a 12 fret and 14 fret guitar"

Not sure how 12 frets vs 14 frets affects the sound. The Indian rosewood has beautiful patterns in the grain, but sound wise the Brazilian version has a more fuller sound and projects that sound better that the Indian version. .
