Hello Vishnu , plus two science padicha oralkku 3 year Diploma qualification mathi ETO cheyyan . But this is the minimum requirement set by the DG Shipping. Colleges may have criteria set above this minimum criteria . That may vary from college to college . I think your qualification is enough to get you a seat for ETO course . But I recommend you to have a word with the college from where you are planning to do ETO course in order to clarify this doubt.
