Actually he's an upgrade on Sanji. -much tamer around the ladies -no blood, so no danger of potentially fatal nosebleeds -not constantly fighting with Zoro -only Devil Fruit user they have that can operate on water without a ship (okay Sanji could swim but how often does that happen?)
