Best costumer service too. I was originally gonna buy a Canyon Spectral and it was unavailable so I emailed Canyon and I didn't get a reply until about two weeks later, and it turned out that they wouldn't restock for about 2 months. Then I looked at YT, who I kinda slept on. I emailed them to ask when they will arrive after I order one, and about 4 hours later I received a reply and they gave me a professional email with a professional answer. My Jeffsy came about a week and a half after that, just like they said. So yeah, agreed.

THE WORST BIKE COMPANY EVER! I bought a Decoy in 2020, terrible service 5 weeks for a 'Stock' bike. One ride and rear hub made a loud noise. Turned out it didn't have any grease in! Had to borrow a wheel! The charger they sent Was a continental version! After 3 years the battery won't charge as 2 bolts mysteriously disappear. £500 for a new battery! I had Orange bikes for 15 years, brilliant service! So are Hope. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

You mountain bike enthusiasts wonder why bikes are so expensive? You know you are paying for this silly advertising, right? This money could be spent of better brakes or wheels, or innovation, but instead goes to a 5 minute movie that barely even highlights the bike. Sure it builds anticipation. So does quality and true innovation. (Axle widths and different wheel sizes are not innovation). Hey MTB manufacturers! Stop selling fad, and start selling function. Please!

Quality? True innovation? Define those by your standards. Mountain bike innovation is more than axle widths and different wheel sizes; and even then, having a wider axle width equates to a stiffer and stronger wheel, and the difference between rolling away from a big feature, and a crash. Same for wheel sizes. It might not mean much to you, but to racers, every millisecond counts. But back to the point, remember disc brakes? Suspension? Dropper posts? Lock on grips? Plus tires? 1x12 drivetrains? EMTBs? Are these not innovations? Sure these might have been around for a long time, but you are also forgetting that these technologies are all bought out by the same MTB manufacturers you claim are selling fad. Who's to say that they are not trying their best to innovate in places we dunno about? Let's face it, MTBs nowadays are so capable and durable that there's hardly anything to complain about. And how do you suggest people 'innovate' a product that is nearing perfection? Get real. Well, seeing as I have already typed a whole essay above, I might as well rebut your last couple standing points as well. Firstly, the money saved on this commercial can be used to get better components? Do you have any idea how much say, upgrading a set of brakes or wheels cost? And how many of these bikes they sell? You think the money spent on a commercial is enough? You must be joking. And lastly, shooting a commercial for their new product, are MTB manufacturers the only ones doing it? Aren't you forgetting about car companies, computer companies, and pretty every single company out there spending millions on advertising? Are you saying they are not innovating too?
