Gotta love the fronius, I've had mine for nearly a year , don't have the cooler unit though, wish they'd do a flexi head for the torch, would be real handy, love the channel, cheers

You could check out some third party torches. Just get the correct connections on the machine side.

@@JustVoss I spoke to the dealer I got the plant off a while ago , he told me I'm not the first to ask about a flexi head for the torch and as far as he knows fronius are working on it, I don't think any third party torch fits as that connection is unique to fronius ( but I could be wrong) either ways probably easier and cheaper to wait for fronius, thanks for the reply. Ps really liked your letter box.

Absolutely for the quick release Fronius sells them too, the TTB 220P for aircooled and TTB 300P for watercooled.

That Fronius is a good look for ya :) one mean machine. For a auto fab/light work/art guy. Wish they had a magicwave 350 under $6000. I'm happy with my Dynasty 280 and Htp Invertig 400 tho. LOTS of power and smooth welding. Nice vid man! Keep on leveling up! 👍

Yes, Miller Dynasty's was what I used for most of my racing fabrication career and really right now Fronius has them beat on technology imo.

Correct on the type of tube, I don't remember the thickness but I believe it was thinner than that.

Wow the high tig welder that cost $8 K doesn't come with user Manuel to about watercooler well I guess you will find out pretty quickly when the torch ketches on fire

Not all tubing will have perfectly matching tubing to fit inside.

Put a socket inside the tubing and tap it with a hammer. It thins out the metal just a tiny bit so it increases in diameter slightly.

Fills more of the screen on mobile. My older videos are the normal 16:9 format. It also lets me get wide shots without showing a ton of ceiling.
