did clapping hands , neck rotatings and back stretching . It makes me relax and feel more energy in my legs. I will do it more rest of the day.

What a great way to open up the joints with a gentle flow of movement and breathing. I especially like Chinnaly's way of helping us feel the stretching and opening as the movements progress. Thanks for this excellent addition to my self-care routine.
