Joints [ संधि ]
• Where two or more then two bones are attached together that are called joints.
जहा दो या दो से अधिक हड्डियां आपस में जोड़ती है। उस जगह को संधि कहते है।
Classification of Joints [संधि का वर्गीकरण 1
• Joints are classified into 3 category.
संधि को 3 भागों में विभाजित किया गया है।
1.According To Structure. [ संरचना के आधार पर ]
2. According To Function. [ कार्य के आधार पर ]
3.According To Regional. [ जगह के आधार पर ]
Structural Classification of Joints
• According to the structure, joints are classified into 3 types.
संरचना के आधार पर संधि को 3 भागों में विभाजित किया गया है।
1. Fibrous Joints. [ फाइबर जॉइंट ]
2. Cartilaginous Joints. [ कार्टिलेजीनस जॉइंट ]
3. Synovial Joints. [ सिनोविअल जॉइंट ]

• These types of joints are connected to each other by fibrous tissue. Which is very hard.
फाइबर्स ज्वाइंट आपस में एक विशिष्ठ प्रकार के टिश्यू के द्वारा जुड़े हुए रहते है। इन्हे फाइबर कनेक्टिव टिश्यू कहते हैं यह बहुत ज्यादा मजबूत होते है।
• Fibroid joints cannot move
फाइब्रॉइड ज्वाइंट्स गति नहीं कर सकते।
Example:-
1. Suture Joints
• It is Present in In Skull.
यह खोपड़ी की हड्डियों के बीच में पाए जाते है।
2. Syndesmosis Joints
• Present between Radius and Ulna Bone.
यह ज्वाइंट रेडियस और अलना के बीच में पाया जाता है।
3. Gomphosis joint
• It is present in teeth and sockets.
यह ज्वाइंट मसूड़ों और मुंह की हड्डी के बीच में पाया जाता है।
. Cartilaginous Joints. [ कार्टिलेजीनस जॉइंट ।
• It is also important for joints. It is an immovable joint.
यह महत्वपूर्ण ज्वाइंट होते है। और इनमे कोई गति भी पाई जाती है।
Example:-
Hyaline Cartilaginous Joints. [ हाइलीन कार्टिलेज ]
Fibrous Cartilaginous Joints. [ फाइब्रस कार्टिलेज ]
Synovial Joints. [ सिनोविअल जॉइंट 1
• Synovial joints are present in large numbers in the body.
साइनोवियल ज्वाइंट्स सबसे ज्यादा मात्रा में पाई जाने वाले ज्वाइंट्स होते है।
• They are movable and freely movable joints.
यह ज्वाइंट्स पूर्ण रूप से गतिशील होते है।
This types of joints lined by synovial membrane and between the joint present special fluid which is called Lubricating Fluid (Synovial Fluid)
इन ज्वाइंट के चारो तरफ साइनोवियल परत पाई जाती है। और इनके बीच मैं एक तरल भरा रहता है। इसे लुब्रिकेटिंग तरल (साइनोवियल तरल ) कहते है।
Types of Synovial Joints [ सिनोविअल जॉइंट के प्रकार 1
• Synovial joints are different types which present different places of the body.
सायनोवियल ज्वाइंट कई विभिन्न प्रकार के होते हैं और यह शरीर में विभिन्न जगह पर पाए जाते हैं।
1.Ball and socket. [ बाल और सॉकेट जॉइंट ]
2.Hinge joints. [ हिन्ज जॉइंट ]
3.Pivot joints. [ पाइवोट जॉइंट ]
4.Condyloid joints. [ कोंडीलॉईड जॉइंट ]
5.Saddle joints. [ सैडल जॉइंट ]
6.Plane joints. [ प्लेन जॉइंट ]

This is most motile joints.
यह ज्वाइंट्स पूर्ण रूप से गतिशील होते है।
• In this types of joint one bone look like ball shapes and another bone look like as socket.
इस प्रकार के ज्वाइंट में एक हड्डी बोल की तरह दिखाई देती है तो दूसरी हड्डी सॉकेट की तरह दिखती है यह दोनों आपस में जुड़े हुए रहते हैं
Example:-
• Shoulder joint [ शोल्डर जॉइंट ]
• Hip Joint [ हिप जॉइंट ]
2. Hinge joints. [ हिन्ज जॉइंट ]
• This type of joint can only show one side movement.
इस प्रकार के जॉइंट केवल एक ही दिशा में गति करते हैं।
Example:-
• Elbow Joint [ एलबो जॉइंट ]
• Knee joint [नी जॉइंट
3. Pivot joints.
[ पाइवोट जॉइंट 1
• In this type of joint bone can show only rotatory motion in one place.
इस प्रकार के ज्वाइंट में हड्डी केवल एक ही जगह पर गोल-गोल घूमती है।
Example
• Radio- ulnar joint
[ रेडिओ उलनार जॉइंट
4. Saddle joints. | सैडल जॉइंट ]
• In this type of join can show every movement.
इस प्रकार का ज्वाइंट सभी दिशा में गति कर सकता है।
• In this joint one bone has convex heed that is fitted in other bone conclave heed
इस प्रकार के जॉइंट में एक हड्डी का ऊपरी हिस्सा उभरा हुआ रहता है जो की दूसरी हड्डी के गहरी दबे हुए भाग में फिक्स हो जाता है।

• Carpometacarpal joints -
कारप मेटाकार्पल जॉइंट
5. Plane joints. [ प्लेन जॉइंट ]
• In this type of joint both bones are plain.
इस प्रकार के ज्वाइंट में दोनों हड्डियां पालें होती है।
Example:-
• Acromioclavicular Joint
[ एक रोमियो क्लेविकुलर ज्वाइंट ]
6. Condyloid joints. [ कोडीलॉईड जॉइंट 1
• In this type of joint one bone has a dome shape which is fitted with an elliptical cavity of another bone.
इस प्रकार के जॉइंट में एक हट्टी के ऊपर उभार पाया जाता है जो कि दूसरी की इलिप्टिकल कैविटी के अंदर धंसी हुई रहती है
