Battle Tendency, let's go! Some background info for why the main character changed: Araki felt that it was difficult to write more interesting stories with a main character that is that honest and straightforward as Jonathan. He was pretty much the opposite to Dio which made his character quite inflexible. That's why Araki decided to bring in a different main character that he can put in more situations. Now Joseph, voiced by Sugita Tomokazu (who also voiced Gintoki, the main character of Gintama), is such a fun character, insanely smart but easy to anger, a bit insane and very goofy. Love him. And how he can pull out a Tommy gun out of his ass is just an awesome scene.

Information for you: -In the manga Joseph's appearance is exactly the same as Johnathan's due to how Araki thought that people wouldn't recognize that they're reading JoJo's Bizzare Adventure. So thanks to that, in the anime he's given an unique appearance. -So when Joseph had predicted what was said, the anime made it be that he says it before the other person says it. While in the Manga, he says it at the same time as the other person who are then shocked by how he figured out what they were going to say.

Joseph is the most fun and casual jojo so far. Part 2(battle tendency) is a step up from part 1( phantom blood) in terms of stakes and even characters. Its way more ejoyable than part 1 for sure. But honestly, jojo trully finds its identity in part 3(stardust crusaders) so I'm so excited for when you get there. Also, please react to wild is life by daniel deushle. So the first part was heavily inspired by horror stuff and Fist of the North Star. To the point that one of the outfits Johnathan wears is very inspired by the MC outfit of North Star.Fist of the North Star is a very violent battle anime. Rip best boi Speedwagon he died in Mexico. At least his company lives on. Jonathan was just a gentleman and good guy. Joseph is still a good guy but not exactly a gentleman. Also he is definatley more crazy. Mans solution to a highjacking was to crash the plane with all the highjackers in it while just jumping out of a plane. Man was 13 and already offed a few guys. Anywhere else I would say that clearly he has issues but with JoJo this is just the norm. Straizo was the guy who was with Dire but didn't die and he apparently idolised Dio and now he is a vampire. Also wierd piller guy but that probably won't be too important. Erina gets points for being q grandma in the 1930s and not being racist when that in no way was the norm just think about how many grandmas are racist today. Also Joseph really asked if her and Speedwagon got together. Beyond Speedwagon being too much of a bro to ever do that Erinas heart will always belong to Jonathan. Now in advance the next parts (3-6) will have gore but it is censord. Along with some other stuff. Now its not exactly too much of a detriment but there will be akward shadows over scenes. If you want to see the gore in all its detail Im sure someone can say where the uncensored episodes are. Welcome to part 2 a diffrent but still wild ride from part 1. The Joestar family adventure continues. Also the family three will get whacky so look out for that.
