He completely disfigured a bully, but healed him disfigured so he just stayed that way, and he can destroy for example his motorbike to fly over a baby carriage and after he flew over it the bike got fixed and he proceeded like nothing happened. So yeah, pretty powerful XD

Here are some of my favorite things in jojo (out of context of course) - fighting invisible zombie alligators - Doing a horse race to find the corpse of Jesus Christ - the main character turning his tooth into a jellyfish in order to drink a cup of pee - befriending a sentient colony of plankton that possessed an exploded girls corpse - and of course, posing as hard as you can while your buff ghost punches your enemies an excessive number of times while shouting a single word just as much.

The anime is based on a manga written and illustrated by series creator, Hirihiko Araki, and if you couldn't tell by the contents of these clips, he's a creative genius and a madman in the best way. His style has left it's mark on Japanese culture as a whole, it started in 1987 and has been going strong to this day. It's up there with Dragon Ball in terms of popularity in Japan, it's not uncommon to see Jojo references in other manga and anime. It was thought to be unable to adapt into an anime until David Productions started their adaptation in 2012.

Part 4 has some of the best out of context moments because of the central conceit of the part, Jojo in a small town setting. Taking the mundane life of teenagers in a small town and making it Jojo ends up creating some completely insane scenarios when you look at it from the outside.

Its all insane but it does follow the given rules of the world. Each stand is unique and has unique aspects, and the the stand users are more of a loose grouping of character defects. So the stands cause wierd events, the stand users amplify them to an extreme. But it all follows the theme/story
