I remember being brought to tears during a really depressing time in my life listening to this song in particular. To be honest, "Trying Not to Think About It" is my therapy album, but this one (and "B.I.D.") hold a special place in my heart. And this live performance brings it full circle. JoJo never disappoints ❤️🔥

You summed up my feelings about this album and song. This song describes one of my darkest eras and a really horrible breakup. I was crying when she performed it live but my god, was it powerful. This project is her best work yet. It's vulnerable and raw. Definitely a therapy album, a healing album. Hoping the days have gotten brighter for you. Hang in there, I'm rooting for you.
