Well, if you do rewatch the episode with BTD first activated, you can see that KQ's expression when facing Hayato (or simply, Hayato looking at KQ) is somewhat 'Sorry, but it has to be done'. It's something like KQ is sad (maybe because Kira gets tired of living through the same morning without knowing what happens next), but whatever. I mean, look at all time-messing stands. The World is just brainless puncher compared to Star Platinum's various expressions in almost every fight (I'm not talking about battle cries). King Crimson is just angry. At everyone. The stand itself wants to freaking erase anything that's not to his liking. Maiden Heaven is, well, a seemi-centaur, so his expression is WHOAH I'M FLYING ON A UNICORN HEAD AWESOME. And while Whitesnake or C-MOON's expressions are something like St.Anger and Kill'Em'All, MiH actually has somewhat answers to where did his dignity and pride go (make everyone happy, that is). Lastly, D4C is total badass rabbit waifu that screws up anything. But with taste and style. And oh yeah, his palm-thrusting movement when Valentine activates Menacing Actions Performed At No Cost is something like DC's Professor Zoom techniques. So well, KQ is actually one of the most emotional stands, apart from Star Platinum and maaaaybe Echoes. But Echoes has an intellect of his own, so they can't be compared.

One interesting thing I've wondered about is if GER could stop Kira from time-traveling by resetting his actions back to starting point. Kira tries to escape into the past (move by "negative" values through time, meaning backwards), and then GER just brings him back to 0. Though I imagine it would only work if Kira was blowing up someone other than Giorno, since if for whatever reason Giorno failed to activate GER when fighting Bites the Dust, GER would no longer exist as soon as Giorno explodes; unless it pulls some sort of determination-resolve bullsh*t and manages to stay in the game after its own owner has died, even for just a little bit, like Shigechi's Harvest.

My all-time favorite Bites the Dust in video gaming is still Amarimono's MUGEN version where it has some health restorative effect but also sets a timer on the opponent where if they don't kill Kira or if Kira doesn't bring Killer Queen back in time, they just straight-up die. It wouldn't have much effect on Pucci if Made in Heaven accelerated time past the one hour rewind time frame of Bites the Dust. Gold Experience Requiem is an interesting situation. GER has the ability to nulify the abilities of stands, so maybe Bites the Dust wouldn't have effected Giorno.

CorporealAegis honestly it's up for debate. GER maintains "truth" and those who Go against it will always be falling to zero. There is a good chance Kira would fall in the same problems as Diavolo. However if Kira's ability isn't technically "destroying" reality (distorting truth with his ability), just going back in time (truth is untouched, just Kira travels back in time maintaining the fact that he could ONLY go back by blowing someone up) so maybe if he doesn't affect truth, the truth that GER got fucked up will remain in the time frame that's reversed. Because I just can't believe that GER being activated at ANY POINT IN TIME being "the truth" must mean he therefore gets to maintain that truth forever. There must be truths where he can die or be blown up. So the question is wherever Kiras ability actually blows up the truth or merely adds to it by reversing it. If Kira fucks up the truth, Kira cannot beat GER. If Kira adds to the truth, GER can be destroyed by Kira

I actually wonder if GER would be able to undo BtD. If GER can function independent of Giorno (which it seemingly can), perhaps it can rewind Giorno as a part of the whole timeline's return to a zero-point where Giorno didn't have BtD in his eye. Now if someone else blows up because of BtD and Kira escapes into the past, I suspect GER can just forcibly bring Kira back as well, since "resetting to zero" just means returning the world to its state within a set zero point -- it's not strictly limited to rewinding time, that was only cause KC was skipping ahead. BtD "skips" backwards in a way, but that shouldn't be any different.
