My 8 year old is obsessed with Jojo! I open her bedroom door and I see her Jojo posters before I see her. She has Jojo bed clothes, Jojo curtains, Jojo dolls, Jojo bows, Jojo shoes, jackets, shirts, pants, a Jojo microphone etc.... she listens to Jojo songs in the AM until school, then after school until bed. She watches the Jojo and Bow Bow show show on KZbin. She is literally obsessed with Jojo! She even made her own song! "Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way! Jojo Siwa is the best person in the world!" She creatd her own FB group for us, calling us the Jojo Siwa family! Her dream is to meet Jojo, and unfortunately, she still hasn't. My favorite dance mom of all. Jojo is a stellar kid, and I appreciate that she is being encouraged to be a kid too. There is a lot of pressure for young people to grow up fast anymore, and childhood is already such a fleeting moment in time. It’s stressful trying to navigate adolescence without the added worry of social media. I think kids nowadays have it a bit tougher in that sense. Especially where bullying is concerned. I think it’s great that Jojo’s entire brand is centered around being the best version of you, and being positive. Really, she is a good influence among a sea of questionable influencers.

If you have ever watched Jojo in videos with Colleen Ballinger you can tell that she is actually pretty mature but she is aware of the fact that she likes sparkles and bows and that isn’t normal behavior for someone her age.
