The second one is "free Diavolo", who can move freely, but not interact with anything. So the only way to totally defeat it, is to make a self powered Quick moving fan or clock whatever works (under the effect of Spice Girl, so it won't be destroyed), place it under an unbreakable glass on the floor side of hydraulic press machine, and then a super slow moving full plate cage like (to ensure no particles escape) hydraulic pressure machine to finish it off.
