At least that's what I figured out for the timeline. There might have been a time gap between fights, but I highly doubt it.

CAKE Bomb EXPLANATION TIME These “super powers” are called stands , they are the manifestation of someone’s fighting spirit and motivation and stuff like that created when antagonist DIO stole original protagonist Jonasan Joestar’s body At first stands were only available to the Joestar lineage, but it turn out there is an arrow that can give people stands So DIO uses said arrow to create henchmen with stands so he can rule the world or something The arrow eventually moves from continent to continent some way or another creating more stand users The main villain of each part of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (name of the anime) usually either has an op stand and wants to take over the world or in some cases is a serial killer (part 4) Also the colosseum is not their home, but there are heading there because SPOILERS

It's not Bruno's gang's theme. That would be Squadra, which just so happens to be the same music that played in the teaser trailer for this part. In typically Yugo Kanno tradition, the main theme of a part is also the protagonist's theme (which makes sense, given that with every new part, there is also a new JoJo), and its many variations across the show are heard wherever the music's arrangers thought it would sound coolest.
