That Black Seeds of Vengeance riff just hit my Nile Nostalgia (Nile was one of the first Brutal DM bands I've ever listened to, so this riff is just iconic asf to me). Similarly, the Optimist riff also hit my Nostalgia from the times i was discovering DM for the first time.

grotesque impalement is awesome, and although DF is a riff machine, for me one of their best riffs is the stupidly simple one at the end of procreate the malformed. I don't know if it is the breakdown on itself or the buildup for it, but man, it hits like a TRAIN

songs that define brutal death for me would be suffocation's liege of inveracity the song that started it all sure but also Internal Bleeding's Anointed in servitude, any of the songs of the first deeds of flesh album, second Dying fetus album, and Devourment's babykiller. All of that help made slam/brutal death metal into how it is nowadays.I also happen to like plenty of newer stuff as well as old stuff like Epicardiectomy,Kraanium,Traumatomy,Korpse,Embryectomy, Extermination Dismemberment,etc.

Path of the Weakening is my favourite, epic, brutal, no pause at any point. Inbreading the Anthropophagy is the most complex I think. To this day I still can't figure what's happening or remember any melody.
